Terms and Conditions


All rates are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and payable in IDR or US Dollar equivalent value based on Warung Ares’s book keeping rates.

Rates include:

- Tutor and his team
- Transport to the places
- Ingredients and food material as outlined in the schedule


- Pick up service is available at additional cost
- Personal expenses
- Entrance fee tickets (if any)
- Photo / video documentation (if needed)


All cooking classes and tours are reserved on a first come first serve basis, with minimum 4 participants.

Chef Dean Fisher or Dean's Bali Cooking School reserve the right to cancel or change any confirmed classes or tours with compensation of full refund for the costs of the services paid.

Group booking is available upon request and tailor made cooking class / tour based on your interest

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking upon confirmation of reservation. Once deposit is received, an email confirmation and invoice will be sent by Chef Dean Fisher or Dean's Bali Cooking School, along with other necessary information. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you do not have your class instructions yet.


14 days advanced email notice is required for all cancellation. Cancellation made more than 14 days prior to the class/tour will be refunded 25%; there is no refund for cancellation made 14 days or less prior to the booked date.


Full balance payment is required by 14 days prior to the service. All last minute bookings made less than 14 days upon service require full payment in advance.

Payment should be made through bank transfer in full amount (bank charges on client’s expenses). Please scan copy and email us the bank transfer slip as proof of your payment. Payment received will be issued once the fund received in our bank account.
